The essence of my career at United Parcel Service has placed in me in a multitude of varying roles where I quickly and efficiently analyzed the existing problems and developed plans for improvement. With a proven track record of developing and implementing complex strategic operational initiatives, coordinating and directing activities across large organizational groups to achieve results that support business priorities, has enabled me to realize world-class improvements in all areas of service excellence, safety, cost savings and employee moral.

As the Operating Division Manager at UPS, working with a 10m monthly budget, I was able to evaluate the management structure and implement training and staffing changes to improve service standards by almost 20% in less than 7 months. As the Operations Excellence Manager, I improved virtually every service indices and moved UPS’s service effectiveness from 80% to 98%. In addition, I was able to increase our customer base by 20% by implementing logistical changes that improved on-time delivery.
