Sales Training Manager

Dear People:

My letter is sent to apply for the Sales Training Manager/Business Development Manager position covering Northern California/Pacific Northwest territory.

I have two decades work in financial services, and have raised more than $100 million dollars in assets as a Qualified Retirement Plan investment specialist, and Branch Recruiting Office Manager

My reason for applying is simple. Developing campaigns aimed at high-value target segments is a task I know well. I created/trained others to create, targeted campaigns, and very effective qualifying systems. I teach repeatable skill-sets, relationship selling methods, and consultative selling techniques. I am comfortable at all levels of organizations.

I hold nine professional licenses (FINRA Series 65, 51, 24, 7, 63, and four Insurance licenses). I recently sold an OSJ/Branch Office for a national NASD firm in Northern California.

Added skills include experience as a Training Instructor. I recruited, trained, and developed more three dozen RRs/Sales Agents how to find customers, focus on core product sales, and create a referral-driven practice using the (copyrighted) Sales Training Manual that I wrote and edited.
