Throughout my career in the consumer packaged goods industry I have built and led successful teams, processes, brokers and customers. I am currently the Director of Sales Planning at method here in San Francisco and am happy with the company and the role. In my current role I am working to setup some major processes to help provide strategic sales inputs to the overall business planning process. Previously, as one of the Glad Sales Planning Managers, I helped build the team into a well-established group that grew share in each of the 3 years I was in these roles. Most notable has been my success in identifying and building innovative tools for our strategic business partners like Wal-Mart, Target and Costco. Further, I have consistently delivered business plans and projects on budget despite the usual complications and crises.

Possessing diverse experience across many fields, I am able to generate new and imaginative ways to succeed through strategic tactical plans, which drive market share growth and diversification. I actively seek out opportunities to explore new business development, while keeping the organizational awareness comprehensive and current. I consider myself a broad-based general management type with experience in all core-operating functions. I have top-flight negotiation and problem-solving skills and I have the ability to make difficult decisions.
