I excel in the area of presenting to potential customers and developing relationships that lead to contract signature and revenue. My experience includes sales calls to Managed Care Organizations, Self Funded Employers and the Third Party Administrators Market for over 20 years. I have a strong background in selling and providing Sales Presentations to Employer Groups and key Managed Care Organization decision makers i.e.: CEOs, CIOs, COOs Senior and Chief Medical Officers and CFOs. I understand the sales cycle for each and the criteria needed for gaining a favorable buying decision.

While with Humana Health Care Plans as the Sales Manager for 5 years, my sales team produced record setting new sales growth. I was responsible and accountable for sales quotas, hiring, coaching, mentoring, motivating, and managing a sales team, while providing sales training on a weekly basis, teaching product knowledge and closing skills to the sales team. The Humana Sales team consisted of 15 account executives that I had responsibility and accountability for managing. I also shared competitive updates and sales successes with the rest of the sales team and customer service managers in South Florida as well as in Louisville, Kentucky to teach other Sales Managers so they could attempt to duplicate my accomplishments for the organization in their own geographic territories.
