Senior Level Project Professional

As my resume highlights, I am a senior level project professional who is equally adept at managing the myriad of activities involved with multiple or multi-phased projects, as I am at representing an owner’s interests on major development projects. My project experience varies from major site development and strategic portfolio planning to multi-phased building renovations and new construction, including infrastructure, facility restacking and site logistics. The goal at this point in my career is to obtain a position as a project director or senior level project manager in a role that utilizes my unique combination of experience, skills and abilities to make an immediate positive impact.

While the Director of Projects with Pfizer, Inc., Morris Plains, NJ, the sale of our Consumer Care Division to JnJ necessitated that I convert to a Sr. PM when my entire staff was conveyed to JnJ. With the successful conclusion of my assigned site separation projects during 2006 and 2007, I elected, as a life decision, to take a severance package rather than relocate to another Pfizer facility further from our DE home, which we have owned since 2004 and relocated to permanently at year end.

By the terms of my severance package, I am free to seek new career opportunities after mid-March 2008. Fortunately, at this point in my career, I do not have to make career decisions based solely on compensation, but rather the challenge of the role and the opportunity to contribute to a project’s success. I am available for travel, willing to take on short or long term assignments and amenable to 1099 based compensation (benefits are not a priority).

If, after you review my resume, you agree that my experience and capabilities could be a proper fit, please contact me so that we can arrange a meeting at your convenience to discuss next steps.
