A strong background in negotiating global contracts and the facility to understand customer needs and requirements have enabled me to win major contracts with Boeing, Embraer, Bell Helicopters, Lockheed, Northrop Grumman and the United States Air Force.

For example, I utilized contract savvy to close $2.3B in new sales, obtained favorable USAF spec changes to win new business, and opened USAF sole source bids to expand markets for small/midsize companies. I also won and leveraged government contracts to fund a Greenfield startup.
I have extensive experience in DOD contracting including prevailing over the USAF in 11 bid protests and a breach of contract claim.
Memberships in the Society for the Advancement of Material & Processing Engineering, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) have contributed to my sound technological skills. I have lectured in China for NCMA and attended its workshops/seminars.
