Retail Store Management

I have a strong operations background in retail store management having held multi-unit management positions as a District Manager and Director of Retail Operations. I have also spent over eight years as a multi-unit Loss Prevention Specialist. I have extensive experience in multi-unit retail management/service organizations(facilities management, operations, loss prevention, and construction).

In my most recent position, I served as the Area Facilities Manager/Field Services Representative for 300 7-Eleven Convenience/Gasoline Stores in New England.

I prepared and managed a repair & maintenance and capital project budget on a daily basis.

Some of my many duties included overseeing all vendor maintenance performance to contracts and capital projects; preventative maintenance programs; building and maintaining relations with market managers, district managers, store operators, and vendors; using project management to develop store specific capital replacement and remodels; and ensuring all equipment, property, and physical plants are properly maintained and in compliance with government regulations.

Previously, I served as the New England Operations Manager for a national remodel program.

I possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. In addition, I have attended a number of seminars on how to manage a culturally diverse workforce. My experience has always involved interaction with all levels of management and hourly associates both at the regional and national levels.
