• Office building development and/or renovation with corporate tenants and/or banks and extensive background in programming, space planning, tenant improvements and standards, and purchasing owner’s FF&E, etc., from 400 to 300,000 grsf tenants There are concepts for attracting corporate tenants in a down market and win-win concepts for the developer and the bank to reduce the bank’s fixed assets.
• Medical office buildings including doctor office and clinics’ tenant improvements with standards for both the building and tenant improvements and concepts to attract doctors
• Multifamily and senior housing, strip and stand-alone retail including tenant improvements
• Design-build and mixed-use for both suburban and downtown properties

Pertaining to real estate development, as noted developers today are required to create high-quality cost-effective projects that have impeccable teams built on-time that attracts reasonable financing. I have broad practice in creating a Development Program that can be used for all types of projects of all sizes, complexities and quality from a single tenant to a major mixed-use project with the Development Program for a smaller project primarily completed by myself working with the team. The Development Program is a precursor to a project that typically exceeds the end-user’s needs, that is high quality, extremely cost effective and built on-schedule.
