Technology Specialist

I began my technology management career in an entrepreneurial role found on twelve years ago. Most of my experience was gained through a long-term contractual relationship with a large U. S. Department of Defense agency which still utilizes processes I implemented 10 years later.

Over the past twelve years, I have bid and won government contracts from 5 to 145 million in value; designed technical solutions, managed two, long-term contracts and over 100 IT and
Non-I T projects. I have expertise in ITIL Service Desk, Problem Management and Incident Management. Additionally, I garner some notable skills in network operations, quality assurance and metrics for lean, six sigma and ISO 9001:2000.

I achieved the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering (MCSE Windows Server 2003) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS: Exchange 2007 Configuration) credentials on November 2, 2008. I have been a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) since September of 2001. My Project Management Professional (PMP) credential should be released from the audit process in December 2008.

Although quite content to reside in Cleveland, Ohio I have interest in relocation but only to those geographies where I have family members such as West Los Angeles or Greater Phoenix. I am willing to work short-term projects anywhere in the continental United States but the travel expenses must be reimbursed rather than included in an all-inclusive rate.
