MY QUALIFICATIONS: I have Human Resources Management experience of over eight years, with a total of 17½ years of in-depth Human Resources experience in recruiting, employee relations and training. Working at Carquest a major retailer in the auto part after market industry, as a Regional HR Manager I’ve spent 70% traveling covering 70 stores in all of Florida and 25 store throughout Georgia delivering first class service to all my managers and Regional Directors of Operations. At HMS Host a Food and Beverage provider with 34,000 associates and revenues of more than $2.7 billion national and local restaurant in state-of-the-art facilities, such as Sbarro’s, Popeye’s, Starbucks, Burger King, Miami Subs and Dunkin’ Donuts serving U.S. toll roads and airports. I worked as Field HR Manager serving motorists driving on the Florida Turnpike. I managed all the human resources for all of Florida with 800 employees on 300 miles of road, spending 70% of my time on the road delivering training, employee relations, recruiting and benefits to all the teammates, managers and general managers.
