HR Generalist

I am a dynamic, high energy Senior Recruiter/HR Generalist with over 15 years Human Resources experience, am PHR eligible and Certified as a Train-the-Trainer in Targeted selection. . After completing an assignment with the Northern California Cancer Center and my prior 6 years with Stanford, (due to a re-organization I left Stanford), I am seeking an opportunity to add my skills and abilities to continue to focus on quality, skill-rich, fit and retention to a new organization, thereby adding value to the organization while incorporating the latest in HR excellence including best practices, metrics, retention strategy, etc.

Although an HR Generalist in training and skills, my specialty areas are recruitment and training and development. I am passionate about HR and continuing to do my best to provide exemplary customer service which ultimately results in the hiring and retention of excellent employees.

I have hired into all levels of organizations from the bottom to management and have spent 6 years of a consistent monthly job openings of 100 per month. I am creative, communicative, love challenges and change and am very high energy. I am passionate about what I do. While at Stanford and NCCC I hired for all corporate positions rather than emphasis on clinical positions.

I have spearheaded direct recruiting efforts for various organizations from the beginning to conclusion, including a great many department re-organizations simultaneously. I have been recognized for my innovative approaches to sourcing candidates and also have exception customer relations. I have hired many Senior level management positions. Some areas I have recruited for include IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Legal, Facilities, Marketing and HR.

I have managed teams up to 14 at one time and am savvy in leadership and communication skills.
