I am seeking a Human Resources Management or Business Partner challenge that would tap into my cumulative career experience in proactively providing strategic and tactical HR /OD Leadership within a variety of fast-paced environments. In my hands-on management positions I have had responsibility for directing and integrating the full spectrum of day-to-day H.R. operations, serving as a value-added business partner to help develop and drive business results.

Responsibilities and deliverables have included: Strategy Development and Tactical Initiatives to support the Strategy, Organizational and Management Development, Organization and Employee Effectiveness, Change & Transition Initiatives and Functional HR Administration including; Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits administration, Policy Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Training, HR Systems, Health & Safety and regulatory Compliance.

Some specific accomplishments and experience include:
• As a forward looking business partner combine HR expertise with an in-depth knowledge of the business and internal/ external factors that influence success to develop and deliver impactful and effective HR solutions.
• Utilize both strategic thinking capability and ‘hands on’ HR plan implementation experience to serve as point person and ‘one stop shop’ for internal Client needs. Provide guidance and counseling to managers on day-to-day employee issues.
• Proactive management of benefit plan design and hands-on administration of benefit plans; coordination with benefit brokers for health plans and retirement and deferred savings plans.
• Increased Organization and Employee effectiveness by facilitating goal setting being cascaded throughout the organization.
• The “Go To” expert to identify, analyze and facilitate resolution of Employee Relations issues. Policy development, communication and application.
• Prepare reports to provide the leadership team with various data requirements relating to information needs, tracking key performance indicators for HR, and providing responses to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
• Conducted presentations and facilitated discussions with both employee and management audiences, addressing a variety of “Change Initiatives”.
• Respect earned as a credible, proactive and trusted thought partner through building trusting relationships and delivering results.
• Re-established and re-energized the HR function as an accessible, professional and service oriented, value-added resource.
• Mentored and coached the human resources team, in both job skills and career development and in providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Budget preparation and management responsibility.
• HR responsibility for multi-state facilities and the cultivation of a strong business relationship with a variety of remote management teams.
• In addition to note:
o Diagnosis issues with pinpoint precision and understands how to calibrate business politics with regulatory compliance.
o Focused on bringing employee challenges to a positive conclusion.
o Proficient with practical application of Federal and State employment laws.
o Proficient with PC; Word, Excel, Internet and HRIS.

To supplement these accomplishments, I am degreed with certification in HR, with more than twenty years of hands-on Human Resources management experience, operating in a broad generalist capacity. In addition, I possess strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with an ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees to foster a team approach within and across organizational and functional lines. I have a successful track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects, possess practiced facilitation, consulting and presentation skills, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws and HR industry practices. Seeking win-win solutions whenever possible, I have been successful in influencing employees and in managing conflict, challenging status quo thinking when appropriate. I am familiar with the due diligence related to acquisition having participated on several acquisition teams which has further developed my understanding of operations and business acumen.
