I have been employed as the Executive Chef at the North Jersey Country Club and Lake Valhalla Club and served in the position of Sous Chef for fifteen years at private golf and country clubs. I’ve worked at three platinum-level clubs (rated by the Club Managers Association).
I have experience with creating menus, purchasing, receiving, sanitation, cost control and employee supervision at high-volume country clubs. I am proficient in all aspects of both fine and casual cuisine, as well as banquet functions and business outings.
