– Project Management provided project leadership for the expansion of Kadlec $85M Tower which included remodel of ED, ICU, Step-down, Cardiology, Radiology and Laboratory. Other successful business venture management was Mobile Cath Lab, Endovascular Institute, EP Magnetic Navigation System and MD JV for 64 Slice CT.

– Marketing Clinical Programs work collaboratively with Marketing and New Business Development to recommend a consistent ad campaign to shape the vision, develop cutting edge programs and obtainable goals with physician participation.

– Cardiology Service line day to day operational responsibilities of 440 FTE’s; Physicians, Nurses, technologists and support staff. Inherited the Cardiology Service at below budget in 2005 by 2007 the line increased by 4% contribution margin and decreased expenses by 11%. Trend continued to grow in 2008 with 419 open hearts. Always
collaborating with physicians to develop cutting edge programs to expand service like Magnetic Navigation System in EP by 8%.

– Experience in strategic planning, marketing, and business development; in 2008 planned and developed the Endovascular Institute as a physician joint venture for hybrid intervention procedures. Successfully implemented co-branding relationships with surrounding hospitals as an example, the STEMI Center as regional referral site for PCI.

– Neuroscience Service line; successfully planned and executed six bed adult and pediatric Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Increased out patient volume by 46%. Opened dedicated six beds Neuro ICU to support expanding Neuro Surgical volumes. Award winning Stroke Center.

– Radiology Service line; design, build and launched World Class Imaging Center which was filmless and paperless Picture Archive Communication System service. The site was a Regional Orthopedic referral center and rehabilitation service

– Oncology Service Line; created Tri-city Oncology Center which was a co-branded three hospital full service Oncology Center of Excellence.

– Clinical and operational background; I rose through the ranks clinically with a strong orientation toward client service, quality and safety, team building and profitability.

– Executed architectural design and construction of 22 various medical type facilities.
