I have extensive experience implementing procedures, developing work schedules and managing benefits, all with an eye toward controlling costs and optimizing productivity. With a broad skill set and a demonstrated record of success, I am now seeking the opportunity of Legal Administrator with your team. My roles in the past ranged from Recruiting Coordinator to Human Resources Manager to Office Administrator. A sample of my accomplishments while serving in the above and additional positions includes: • Successfully integrating a group of 4 attorneys and 4 support personnel from another firm with only 10 day’s notice, planning office space, integrating files, coordinating technical setups, completing all personnel paperwork and supporting physical move all during the holidays. • Coordinating a successful and cost-effective office expansion, securing competitive bids, negotiating contracts for space and supervising architects. • Capitalizing on personal relationships with staff to secure last-minute, 24-hour support for attorneys working all night to complete critical closings.
