I have worked in a number of industries including pharmaceutical, financial, consumer products, interior design retail, and automotive. I have a strong foundation in all of the industry standard print applications including: the Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, QuarkXPress, MS Office, and Flight Check. I have a basic knowledge of Adobe Flash, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Dreamweaver and HTML. In addition, I have experience in various design elements including print, storyboards, illustrations, and creative use of photography (manipulation, retouch, collage, etc.). I have worked as a lead artist, graphic designer, and production artist and have made brand presentations and worked closely with regulatory affairs and legal compliance. I am comfortable on both a Mac and PC platform. I have worked in busy environments where I was responsible for projects from concept to completion overseeing over 50 projects at any given time.
I majored in art in college, and I learned how to draw long before I learned how to use a computer. I still enjoy thinking with a pencil in my hand. I am collaboration oriented, dynamic, and quick to turn around top quality design work which would make me an asset to your team. I am always interested in stretching and growing, and variety keeps the job interesting, and I would look forward to variety that a good design position would offer. I believe in working hard, but I also appreciate a team environment and people who enjoy working together.
