I have managed six to twelve people and have conducted informational meetings. I have experience in inventory for retail stores, handling irate customers and relations calls, and liaised with other agencies, organizations and groups. While working for Cook County Housing Authority I kept confidential records and kept up with daily reports. I have kept a plethora of files, surveys, and customer comments, and helped them sort through and distribute accordingly. There are times where I had to manage a team and concentrate on the sales volume to make sure they reached a certain goal. I work well with managing others and keeping them motivated, organized, and effective. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software to input data.
