I offer over 20+ years of executive level experience in the customer service, education and financial services industries. Currently I am leading an Inside Sales and Customer Service Team for an emerging E-learning training and development company. Before that I spent the past three years as Director of Customer Service and Account Management for Iron Mountain, (IRM) where I was responsible for leading all aspects of a 235+ seat customer service center for the Records Management, Data Protection and Health Information Services 100,000 customer base in North America and the UK.
Prior to my role at Iron Mountain I served as Director of Customer Service Operations/General Manager for Educational Testing Service where I led a 750+ seat call center, telecommunications workforce, back office operations division and Customer Advocacy/ Account Management Team in NJ and CA. I received the annual ETS Presidents Award for outstanding performance.
