Vincent joined our team in January of 1998 as consultant and management to the charlotte, NC terminal. In just a few short weeks, the transition in management was apparent. The attitude of the mechanics, the drivers and the overall improvements in the operation of the terminal was extraordinary.
No longer did drivers have to wait hours let alone days for repairs or driver services. Vincent taught the existing management and mechanics to prioritize their schedule to maximize the production of the day, which is imperative in operating a dedicated fleet.
