Through years of on the job training, I have acquired some very useful customer service skills that have provided my previous and present employers with exceptional response from the clients and participants as well as competitors. In my previous position as Receptionist/Real Estate Agent for Raymond Byard Real Estate, I opened the office in the morning and printed out the daily report from the Showing Desk system. Log in Realtor inquiries and appointments as well as talking to prospective buyers, sellers, appraisal companies and walk in inquiries. I also called different real estate agencies to gain access into various properties to show my clients. While working as Administrative Assistant for Respond New Worker Center a non-profit organization, I assisted the Program Director in making sure that the office was run with order and proficiency, when the director was present and out of the office. Overseeing any ordering of supplies, typing letters, memos, making copies, faxing documents, typing meeting minutes, mail merging, making fliers/brochures and cards as well as other office duties when needed.
I was responsible for various reports at the beginning and end of every month. I also worked two times per week at one of our other offices as Administrative Assistant, typing reports, memos and fliers. I have the ability to lead a staff of 9 while guiding situations and decisions. I was also responsible for keeping and developing reports for the job coaches to turn in to the director for review once a week. Also lite payroll, when the director was out of the office, she had me phone in the time sheet info. While working for Volunteers of America as Secretary, I recorded the incoming and out going of all residents, also kept track of the faxing. When the residents had to pay maintenance fees, phone fees and fines, I made sure the payments were correct. Calculating the net pay by a percentage to find out the appropriate fees payable. I was also responsible for various reports using Access, a weekly, monthly and the director’s fiscal report.
