Executive Assistant

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my interest in the vacant position of executive assistant and would like to be considered for this opportunity.

At the very beginning of my career (and since then, on an on-going basis), I have ensured the smooth coordination and operation of events and meetings by supporting the work of couple prestigious organizations (private & governmental) and programs in three major functions in which area I have acquire my experience:

I am an experienced administrative and professional support staff, highly committed in everything I do and believe in. I am also a very motivated and extremely organized, detail oriented french bilingual bachelor degree holder, in business administration (marketing & communication), with more than 15 years of successful superior client service in different countries, which have allowed me to have not only a good understanding of international interactions but also to master the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

I have a strong expertise in managing complex calendar, scheduling, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, developing correspondence and presentation. I am also experienced in data entry, reconciliation, receiving, processing and dispatching mails, as well as, creating, maintaining and upgrading accurate paper and electronic filing systems.

I am a very ambitious person and for me, challenges are always welcome as they create emulation and provoke me to meet people expectations and even go beyond.

After working, in United States, for four years, in the diplomacy field, at the Embassy of Mali, as a trilingual Senior Executive Administrative Assistant (counselor officer), I have been working with non-profit organization such as Better Days International(BDI) and Management Sciences for Health (MSH).

From June 2012 to February 2013, I was working for Better Days International (BDI) as a French Bilingual Executive Assistant to the President Office.

I left BDI, at the end of my assignment, on February 25, 2013 and joined Management Sciences for Health, from February 28, 2013 to June, 2013 in order to support the travel department, as an administrative travel coordinator in charge of domestic and international travel arrangements as needed by each project/program managers. While working both with MSH and BDI, I was also processing Accounts Payable check requests in a very timely manner.

My main goal now is to associate with an organization that demands and rewards excellence, while providing long-term opportunities for advancement and personal growth.

Due to my previous experiences, I have been able to develop excellent communication skills, even when required to work under pressure, for I was constantly handling with success my interactions with customers at all level (both internal and external clients) and very demanding high official’s requests.

I strongly believe in efficient team work (Together Each Accomplish More) and because of my multicultural background and my interpersonal skills, I do know how to relate with people easily.

People qualify me as a fast learner, eager to always add more knowledge to the sum of all that I have learnt so far.

With these credentials, skills and expertise, I am confident that I can contribute to your organization business development efforts, in becoming your new Executive Administrative Assistant.

I have attached my resume for your review, and I am looking forward to being afford an opportunity to be interviewed.
