The location achieved a safety milestone of four years without a lost-time injury (>4,000,000 labor-hours worked). ­- Audit Management – Coordinated participation in DOD, BATF, MDE, EPA, and corporate safety audits supporting process reviews and facility tours and providing documentation/corrective actions. Verified compliance with internal safety policies/procedures utilizing inspection and auditing techniques. ­- Safety Training – Developed and implemented safety training programs for supervision and hands-on personnel.
