Additionally I am an accomplished, result oriented individual with hand on experience in lean manufacturing, make versus buy decision, efficient usage of capital asset and improvement, business development, strategic planning, project and product management, value analysis and value engineering, budget management and human resources planning. Furthermore, I am fluent in three languages English, French and Vietnamese.
As a quick learner and a keen observer, I have the ability to step into a challenging situation, identify the problem, build team consensus, develop innovative and cost-effective control solutions that will enhance competitiveness, increase revenues, and improve customer service offering while meeting corporate budgets and timeline.
