Senior Level Manager

I have 25+ years of unique and very diverse experience to include but not limited to budgeting, planning, zoning, master planning, and construction management. The last 10+ years, I have worked at a senior level manager position with light industrial, commercial, retail, single family, and multi-family residential and commercial developers and builders.
I worked for ATAPCO Properties, Inc. as senior project manager responsible for developing and constructing several light industrial tilt-up warehouse buildings and many retail shops. The project is a 123 acres site called Steeplechase 95 International Business Park and it is located at exit # 13 on 95 South in Capital Heights, Maryland.
Prior to this I was working for Toll Brothers, Inc. as senior Land development manager. Toll Brothers, Inc. laid me off on 8/3/07 from their Lanham, Maryland office because of high inventory and slow housing market and projects I was responsible for as Senior Land Development Manager have been placed on hold for now. With Toll Brothers, Inc., I did all of those things I was doing with International, the only significant difference was that the parcels of land I was responsible for with Toll were much smaller in size, most of them were between 300 – 500 acres.
I worked for Realty Division of International Paper Company (IP) as project Manager – Land Development until they decided to close some divisions including the real estate division in 2005. During my employment with International Paper, I was responsible for rezoning, master planning and developing large and small parcels of land that were brought into realty division due to their real estate value and location for master planning and developing into beautiful communities. The largest parcel of land I rezoned, master planned, and developed was 13,000 acres (Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, SC). It included zoning such as highway commercial, commercial, single & multi-family residential, apartments, condominiums, shopping centers, Schools, post office, church sites and much more. The smallest parcel of land I rezoned, master planned, and developed was 2,200 acres in Savannah, GA. It included single & multi-family residential, apartments, shopping center, church, and etc.
