I have more than 17 years experience in the construction and development industry in the United States and Internationally. I have a unique skill set, having worked as a construction manager, project executive, general superintendent in the field, and for an owner / developer.
I have experience in healthcare, MOB, sports arenas and stadiums, education K-12 and university, judicial, luxury resorts, hotels, marinas, multifamily, residential and commercial office.
Specializing in education and luxury high rise construction and full mix use developments such as Loreto Bay, Orient Express Hotels and many high rises in Miami, Atlanta and Los Angeles has given me the knowledge and experience to manage companies and full service divisions for large complex multi-billion dollar projects from start to finish.

This included overseeing such departments as: Development: Land acquisition, permitting, development orders environmental impacts reports. Accounting Department: Overall P&L, billings, requisition, AP, collections. Warranty Department: Customer relations warranty and warranty reserve administration. Design and Consultant Administration: Design assist and value engineering. Human Resources Department & Training Department: hiring, benefits, policy and procedures, corporate policy training, safety training, logistic training. Marketing Department: sales, sales pro-formats, preliminary budgeting: Procurement and Purchasing Department: master purchasing agreements, centralized purchasing and inventory and warehousing and finally; the overall management of the Construction Department Operations (project managers and superintendents) in residential and commercial divisions.
