Always with extraordinary results. • High skills to develop and update of company Policies and Procedures Manual, including the ISO certification and its requirements. • Expert in Forecasting Models, Planning Process and their short, medium and long term Plans. • Extended experience supervising the HR administration. Recruiting process, Hiring, Training and Personnel appraisals. • High capacity to conduct investment projects since planning to the project implementation and its FUP. • In General I have Administrative and Finance Background to support the Director’s staff in the company development, setting and implementation of Strategic Plans, Territory Management, etc. getting done Commitments, Targets and the Company goals. I used to be an active part of the company business development Excellent Director and Manager experience, working in Finance, Controllership, Logistics, Auditing, Sales, Manufacturing, Strategic Plans Development & Quality Assurance
