My name is Alexander Malenky. I am a successful corporate finance team leader with over 8 years of financial and operational analysis experience and over 2 years of experience managing multiple direct reports. I hold a BBA in Management and a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. Currently, I am taking accounting classes to qualify for the CPA designation. As the Sr. Financial Analyst I developed various custom metrics (Example: Cost per Acquired Account, Cost per User, OpE $ Spend per $ of Revenue, etc.) and I was responsible for

– Monthly/Quarterly/Annual actuals to forecast and actuals to budget analysis.

Also, I have proven track record of success managing projects and initiatives that either improved internal processes resulting in cost savings or created new reporting capabilities that helped leadership teams to better utilize the information. Some of the initiatives are
– Stream lined and documented expense-coding processes.
– Automated monthly P&L and variance calculation and analysis.
– Improved reporting accuracy by applying the Six Sigma methodology, thinking out-of-the-box, and utilizing the latest industry research and developments.
– Successfully managed functional design of the Procure-to-Pay system.
– Successfully managed implementation of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) programs.
