Attached is my resume for your review. For the past five years, I worked for Discover Financial Services, LLP, most recently as a Marketing Manager of Analysis and Processing responsible for the production of over 230 marketing campaigns per month directed to a portfolio of over 50 million credit card members. My role included oversight of list processing, data integration, analytic and modeling support, vendor management, compliance and data security for all Portfolio Marketing programs as well as providing strategic consultative services and project management on various high profile, enterprise wide initiatives. I managed a team of 21 employees, 16 FTE and five consultants. My first two years with Discover, I worked in the Risk and Database department managing the Pre-Approved Acquisitions campaign processing at the credit bureaus. Prior to that, I worked for six years as a consultant to the Vice President of Marketing and the Director of Acquisitions at Discover Financial Services as the Senior Account Manager for a consulting firm specializing in timeseries forecasting, statistical analysis, model development, list processing and data warehousing. I have extensive experience in utilizing my organizational skills to maximize revenues and minimize risks while excelling in problem resolution and presentation of information for my clients.

Previously, I did consulting for a systems architecture company managing projects at Ameritech (now AT&T). I also owned my own company which specialized in the rapid development of PC administration systems for large group life insurance programs. I have written customized software for such reputable companies as Aetna Life and Casualty, the Prudential Insurance Company of America, EDS Corporation, the Farm Credit Bank system and the American Bankers Insurance Group (now Assurant).

My in-depth understanding of many areas of business including sales, marketing, information technology/security, vendor management, contract negotiation, compliance and accounting gives me a great deal of perspective when approaching diverse projects. I offer a combination of excellent data processing, communication and organizational skills that enhances my management capabilities on all levels. I am comfortable presenting to corporate senior officers.
